The condition of the Belarusian economy is quite serious, writes Anna Dyner, Eastbook.eu. For more than two years, the country has been struggling with financial and economic problems. So far they have not led to the recession mainly due to Russian subsidies in the form of lower energy prices and loans issued by Russian banks (Sberbank) as well as the Anti-Crisis Fund of the Eurasian Economic Community.
